SHIPMENT / DISPATCH TIME
- Ready to Ship (RTS): Dispatch within 48 hours. You can confirm ready to ship article by sending us WhatsApp message at +923235550205
- Local Orders (Pret): We will inform you the time duration if article is not in stock. For Luxury Pret 2-3 weeks. For formals 4 to 6 weeks. For bridals 3 to 5 months.
- Studio Orders: Instant dispatch within 24 to 48 hours if article is in stock
- International orders: Instant dispatch if article is in stock. Otherwise we will inform you the time duration. 2-4 weeks for Luxury Pret and 3 to 5 months for Bridals.
SHIPMENT CHARGES
All international orders may be subject to taxes, duties, or surcharges depending on country, product value, and customs policies.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid for the package to clear customs.
MANAAL ARFEEN cannot control or predict these costs and will not be liable for chargebacks, disputes, or refunds due to non-payment of duties/taxes.
NOTE
If you add an item to a Ready to Ship (RTS) order, the entire order will follow the standard dispatch timeline.
If you wish to receive your RTS item separately, additional shipping charges will apply.
Orders consisting only of RTS items will be dispatched within 48 hours.
DISCLAIMER
We make all outfits on order. Delivery timelines cannot be expedited, so we encourage customers to plan their purchases accordingly.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders may only be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase.
A cancellation fee of 10% of the paid amount will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the original method of payment. Please allow time for the credit to reflect.
After 48 hours, orders are strictly non-refundable.
